Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes it is a big country but we have it covered! Simply enter your products at check-out and it will tally your shipping costs for you.
Do you deliver internationally?
We would love to send our gifts to overseas locations, however the costs of shipping can be significant in the current climate with flights disrupted world-wide. While we are happy to ship Internationally, please DM us on social media (Instagram or FB) for shipping costs to your country.
We are hoping this will change in the future.
I am located overseas; can I send a gift to someone in Australia?
You sure can! Our loyal customers are located all over the world – everywhere from Ireland to Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka to Puerto Rico! All you need to do is proceed through checkout and pay using your credit card or via Paypal. It is important that the recipient’s full address is entered, including a valid 4-digit postcode, so that our courier knows exactly where to go. It’s helpful if we also have the Australian phone number of the recipient in case we need to contact them to arrange delivery.
How long will my gift take to reach the recipient?
Most gifts are dispatched on the day of order or the following business day however, as we make and package some of our products ourselves it may take a little more time and we thank you for your patience. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days at most.
We are located in Brisbane, and therefore delivery times to different locations in Australia do vary.
Australia Post has said that delivery times are disrupted at present (during Covid) and may take an extra business day or two.
Will the recipient know who the gift is from?
That’s up to you! A gift card can be included with each gift if you contact us to do so.
Will I be charged freight for a card?
You will not be charged for freight if you purchase a gift card or experience as these are delivered to your recipient straight into their inbox!
My order arrived damaged/faulty. Can I please get a refund or replacement sent out?
A: We're so sorry to hear there is an issue with your order, this is definitely not something we want our customers to experience. Could you please send through a picture or video of your Faulty Products to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help further assist.
What is the shelf life of your bath soak products?
For maximum shelf life please ensure your bath soak goodies are stored in a cool, dark, dry place and the lid is secured tightly.
‘Opened’ shelf life time frames are to be used as a guideline only. Shelf life may vary depending on the environment in which the products are stored.
Bath Soak: unopened - 12-18 months (opened - 10 months)
Tracked or Untracked Shipping?
We used to offer both tracked and untracked packaging, however, due to previous issues with our earrings, we now only offer tracked parcel packaging to ensure your goods arrive in the condition they left in, and that they arrive at the correct address. (We are not liable after your item has left our store).
