We came about after many early morning 'sista-ly' chats over breaky, where we wanted to help each other realise a dream.

We are passionate about self-care and part of nurturing your mind requires expending & expanding your creativity. 

Our healing teas and their ingredients have been thoroughly researched in order to present you with an end-product you can count on to assist with many health challenges. We truly believe they are worthwhile and effective!
